Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either.
AS A COMPANY POLICY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND/ RETURN ON ANY PRODUCT ONCE SOLD. WE OFFER REFUNDS ONLY IF ANY DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED DURING THE TRANSIT.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged product are very less.
Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or repair of the piece, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Get in touch with us with a 360 degree parcel opening video and photo proof at iamrati.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9690802010 within 1 hour of receiving the parcel; otherwise such cases won’t be entertained. Once the team approves your case, you may return your damaged item in the condition as received within 5 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange of the piece. Please note that the return shipment rates will have to be borne by the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days after we receive the shipment in good condition.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
CANCELLATIONS Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customer shall bear the Cancelation fee of 3% (Indian payments) and 8%(International payments) which is a non-refundable fee charged by the payment gateway.
